Advanced Dental Implant Center in Gaithersburg and Frederick, MD is seeking an experienced Periodontist to join our established team. The role splits a 4-day week between two locations, performing surgical procedures, diagnosing and treating conditions, and establishing treatment programs to monitor oral health.

The ideal candidate holds a DDS or DMD with specialized Periodontics training, demonstrates leadership and strong communication, and is comfortable working across two offices.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree with specialized training in Periodontics.
• Leadership skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working across two locations (Gaithersburg & Frederick).

Responsabilités

• Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care.
• Specialize in prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal disease and implants.
• Comply with federal and state regulations and dental board rules.
• Provide leadership to clinical staff and ensure consistent care across locations.
