Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East seeks a dependable Lumber Stacker for our Prineville, OR facility. You will sort, stack, and inspect lumber, assisting in production and shipment preparation in a wood products environment.

The ideal candidate will be safety-minded, team-oriented, and eager to learn new skills while building a long-term career in lumber manufacturing and related industries. Training is available and a four-day work week is offered.

Qualifications

• Safety-minded and team-oriented.
• Able to learn new skills on the job.
• Able to read, write and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Sort and stack lumber coming off machine centers and production lines.
• Grade lumber and inspect finished wood products for quality standards.
• Clean work areas and maintain an organized production environment.
• Wrap, band, and tag finished lumber products for shipment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Read and interpret production schedules and job orders.
• Coordinate daily activities with forklift operators, saw operators, and production management.
• Assist with additional production and yard duties as assigned.
• Learn to operate block saws and other production equipment as needed.
• Support efficient lumber processing and manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn, grow, and advance within the company.
