Issaquah Plateau Dentistry, part of EviDent Alliance, is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager in Issaquah, WA. This full-time role offers a four-day workweek (Monday–Thursday), with pay ranging from $35–$45 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous dental office management or leadership experience required.
• Strong Eaglesoft knowledge and experience required.
• Understanding of dental insurance, claims, billing, collections, and accounts receivable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop the administrative and clinical teams.
• Oversee daily office operations and maintain a positive, accountable team culture.
• Build and manage productive doctor and hygiene schedules.
• Monitor production, collections, case acceptance, accounts receivable, and other practice goals.
• Collaborate with doctor and regional leadership to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee insurance verification, claims, patient billing, and collections processes.
• Ensure patients receive excellent service from first phone call through checkout.
• Assist with presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements.
• Review practice reports to drive operational improvements.
• Manage staffing, schedules, timecards, training, and performance expectations.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection-control standards.
• Manage supplies, facilities, vendors, and day-to-day office needs.
• Ensure accurate data entry in Eaglesoft.
