Job Description

To ensure all prep items are prepared and stored to specifications.

Full Time Associates at Omni La Mansion Hotel are entitled to elect the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and other healthcare benefits, Paid Maternity Leave, 401k and Paid Time Off.

Responsibilities
  • Control quality and consistency of all food served
  • Ensure station is set for service 15 minutes prior to service
  • Ensure all food supplies necessary for service are in appropriate supply on a timely basis
  • Support lead cook and supervisor
  • Help to train new employees
  • Required to learn all menu items produced by assigned station
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of restaurant/hotel culinary experience
  • Fluent in food safety and health department guidelines
  • Must be able to stand for 8+ hours per day
  • Flexible Scheduling to include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have an unexpired Food Handlers’ certification
