Job summary

Steak 'n Shake Sarasota is seeking a fountain operator to prepare fountain beverages to order within 5–8 minutes, using the multi-mixer, CRT, ice cream spade, and dippers to Steak n Shake specs.

The role requires good vision, hearing, stamina and team spirit. You will restock, clean, sanitize, monitor temperatures, and maintain uniform and safety standards while supporting a fast, friendly service environment. This on-site position involves standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fountain products to order within 5-8 minutes per Steak n Shake specs using the multi-mixer, CRT, ice cream spade and correct dippers.
• Monitor equipment temperatures and ensure quality.
• Restock, clean/sanitize fountain area and maintain safety, uniform and company standards.
