Qualifications

• Must prepare fountain products to order within 5–8 minutes according to Steak n Shake specs.
• Monitor equipment temperatures to ensure quality and safety.
• Restock, clean and sanitize fountain area while maintaining safety and uniform standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fountain products to order within 5–8 minutes using multi-mixer, CRT, ice cream spade and dippers.
• Monitor temperatures of equipment and maintain cleanliness of the fountain area.
• Restock supplies and sanitize the work area; uphold security and company standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
