Job summary

Steadfast Contractors Alliance in Florida is seeking a hands-on Fountain Maintenance Technician to service aquatic fountains and aeration systems. This field role requires outdoor work, precise electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, and a commitment to water quality and beautification.

You will travel locally between sites with a company-provided vehicle, perform installations, diagnose issues, and maintain detailed service logs.

Qualifications

• Experience with aquatic fountain systems and aeration units.
• Knowledge of water flow, pump systems, lighting, and control panels.
• Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial and residential fountain and aeration systems.
• Install new fountain systems and aerators per manufacturer and site specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
• Ensure proper system function, water flow, and lighting performance.
• Maintain detailed service logs and communicate issues with management.
• Support pond maintenance operations when not responding to fountain-related service calls.
• Travel locally between job sites with a company-provided vehicle.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone with prior experience servicing aquatic fountains and aeration systems who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in technical work that supports water quality and beautification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial and residential fountain and aeration systems

Requirements:

• Prior hands-on experience with aquatic fountain systems and aeration units

• Knowledge of water flow, pump systems, lighting, and control panels

• Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

• Comfortable working outdoors in a physical, field-based role

• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Electrician or strong electrical background

• Experience in pond maintenance, water quality monitoring, or landscaping
