Steadfast Contractors Alliance is seeking a Fountain Maintenance Technician to join our Environmental Division. This hands-on role focuses on servicing aquatic fountains and aeration systems, with outdoor work and local travel using a company vehicle.

Ideal candidates have practical experience with fountains, pumps, lighting, and controls, plus basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and a valid driver’s license. A strong emphasis on safety and customer service is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience with aquatic fountain systems and aeration units.
• Knowledge of water flow, pump systems, lighting, and control panels.
• Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a physical, field-based role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on fountain and aeration systems.
• Install new fountain systems and aerators per manufacturer and site specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
• Ensure proper system function, water flow, and lighting performance.
• Maintain detailed service logs and communicate issues with management.
• Travel locally between job sites with a company-provided vehicle.
• Support pond maintenance operations when not responding to fountain-related service calls.

• Install new fountain systems and aerators per manufacturer and site specifications
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
• Ensure proper system function, water flow, and lighting performance
• Maintain detailed service logs and communicate issues with management
• Support pond maintenance operations when not responding to fountain-related service calls
• Travel locally between job sites with a company-provided vehicle

Requirements:
