Job summary

Rand Coca-Cola Beverages, Inc. is seeking a Fountain Equipment Service Technician to deliver, install, and service fountain equipment at customer accounts in North Carolina.

You will ensure equipment is maintained to company standards and deliver high-quality performance and customer satisfaction. The role requires 3+ years in appliance/electrical/refrigeration repair, a valid NC driver’s license, and the ability to lift heavy loads.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in appliance, electrical, or refrigeration repair.
• Valid North Carolina Driver License with an excellent driving record (7-year MVR)
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds frequently and 55 pounds overhead occasionally.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Must obtain and maintain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and install fountain equipment at customer locations.
• Perform field service, maintenance, and repairs on fountain equipment.
• Maintain professional relationships with account personnel and provide excellent customer service.
• Attend Coca-Cola Certification Training programs.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
• Submit service invoices within 24 hours of completing calls.
• Maintain and clean company vehicle and work areas.
• Participate in on-call rotations, nights and weekends as required.
