Job summary

Beverage Systems, Inc. is seeking a field technician to diagnose, install, repair and maintain beverage equipment throughout the North Carolina region.

You will deliver, install, troubleshoot, and service equipment while coordinating with our dispatcher to ensure timely responses. The role requires driving, good communication, and the ability to work with various customers including retail, hospitals, and schools.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Must be able to read volts, amps, and continuity on multimeters.
• Must have electrical troubleshooting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Make product deliveries.
• Move equipment to and from warehouses and storage facilities.
• Perform warehouse shipping and receiving duties.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, plumbing troubleshooting and repair of beverage equipment.
• Read equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Communicate with supervisor when additional training is needed.
• Use hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment during duties.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and drive company vehicles safely.
• Cover emergency calls on weekends on a rotating basis.
• Other duties as assigned.
