Weir Minerals U.S. in Newton, MS invites applications for a Foundry Technician on a 1st shift (5am–3:15pm). You will operate molding equipment, maintain a clean, safe work area, and support daily production while following strict safety and attendance policies.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good reading, writing, mathematical, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate and maintain molding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and good attendance record.

Responsabilidades

• Safety Management: Participate actively in safety programs to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
• Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring it is free from hazards.
• Attendance and Compliance: Maintain a strong attendance record and follow company policies and work instructions.
• Role Execution: On a daily basis, monitor and support safety initiatives and adhere to operational guidelines.
• Travel Requirements: This role is onsite with no regular travel.
• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero-harm behaviors.
