Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; related experience is acceptable.
• Experience with quality labs and foundry processes is preferred.
• Ability to perform SPC and analyze data for process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reduce scrap in the foundry.
• Operate test and measuring equipment in the quality lab.
• Provide quality guidance to foundry supervisors.
• Coordinate non-conforming material and assist with rework when needed.
• Train personnel on SPC software and quality procedures.
