Job summary

Mueller Water Products, Inc. in Decatur, IL seeks a Foundry Production Supervisor to plan and lead production in our foundry. You will coordinate with multiple teams to ensure on-time, quality outputs across shifts and implement lean methods.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field, 1–3 years in high-speed machining, and strong leadership and PC/Systems skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1-3 years in manufacturing with high-speed machining.
• Foundry experience preferred.
• Strong PC/Systems knowledge and skills.
• Proven leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan engineering changes for assigned shops and coordinate into production.
• Perform capacity analyses and recommend capital equipment.
• Implement flow manufacturing techniques where appropriate.
• Lead production processes and personnel across shifts.
• Coordinate with Production Manager, Planning and Materials for priorities.
• Direct operations per established priorities and processes.
