Responsibilities

• Coordinate secure download of foundry collateral from approved channels.
• Install and configure PDKs, rule decks, models, and libraries in standardized environments.
• Complete PDK validation pipeline: unit testing, smoke testing, regression testing.
• Enforce NDA and access-control policies for restricted data.
