Tyler Pipe Company is seeking a Pattern Shop Tooling Engineer in Tyler, Texas. You will design, develop, and optimize tooling such as molds, patterns, cores, and fixtures to support safe, efficient cast iron production.

The role drives continuous improvement in quality, yield, and tooling performance while coordinating with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams. Responsibilities include maintaining tooling drawings and documentation, supporting tooling upgrades, and leading

Qualificações

• Experience with foundry tooling, pattern design, manufacturing engineering in industrial environments.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and create technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and optimize molds, patterns, cores, fixtures, gating and risering systems.
• Provide production support by troubleshooting tooling and process issues affecting quality and yield.
• Lead tooling maintenance, lifecycle management, and capital projects for foundry modernization.
• Document tooling specifications and maintain engineering records; ensure safety and compliance.
