Qualifications

• Basic Reading Skills: read and interpret 1st piece inspection.
• Basic Math Skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide.
• Basic Computer Skills: interact with computer screens.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Operates battery breaker and controls loads to feed the shredder.
• Manages furnace operations and monitors weights, temperatures, and equipment.
• Oversees refining to produce lead alloys and maintains logs for each lot.
• Casts and molds ingot flow, checks quality, and moves finished ingots with forklifts.
