Job summary

Wall Colmonoy Corporation – Los Lunas, NM, is seeking a Foundry Material Handler Level 1 to support foundry operations by accurately handling, identifying, moving, and inventorying raw materials, remelt, and recovered product.

The role requires maintaining traceability records, performing routine issue resolution, and assisting with training of less experienced material handlers in a fast-paced environment. A HS diploma and forklift experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of relevant manufacturing, material handling, warehouse, Foundry, or related experience preferred.
• Previous forklift and material-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of raw material and remelt usage.
• Receive, identify, and handle product recovered from melting systems.
• Maintain inventory and remelt records when powders are received and transferred.
• Identify and distinguish finished product, remelt, and raw materials.
• Enter production, inventory, and material information into systems.
• Follow safety and quality procedures and reporting processes.
• Operate forklift and hand pallet jack to move materials safely.
• Assist with training and mentoring less experienced handlers.
