Job summary

You will work on enhancements to equipment, monitor reliability, and implement process changes to drive safety, quality, velocity, and cost improvements. We value candidates with foundry and production operations experience and with Six Sigma Green Belt certification, plus strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience in a foundry environment is required.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification is highly preferred.
• Experience in production operations is needed.
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel for production reporting is required.

Responsibilities

• Participating in identifying and implementing enhancements to equipment and processes.
• Monitoring equipment and process reliability; addressing problem areas.
• Analyzing engineering changes and implementing changes.
• Providing engineering support for planning, development, operation, and maintenance of equipment and processes.
