Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to use 3D modeling software, specifically SolidWorks.
• Experience in project management to run projects in their entirety.
• Automation experience needed, including robotics and PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Design production tooling utilizing 2D & 3D software.
• Implement productivity improvements for current production lines.
• Perform root cause analysis using statistical methods.
• Create work instructions and spare parts inventories.
• Lead design review meetings and participate in cross-functional teams.
