Qualifications

• Electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills required.
• Knowledge of PLCs and ability to troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment.
• Familiarity with industrial automation, sensors, motors, and control circuits.
• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• On-call availability for maintenance needs outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain foundry equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and equipment-related issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and help get production back up and running.
• Identify potential equipment issues before they become bigger problems.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards.
• Work with production and maintenance teams to keep our operation running efficiently.
