Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Leader for our Michigan foundry to drive uptime on induction furnaces, molding lines, conveyors, and pollution control systems. Qualifications

• 3–7 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience in foundry or heavy manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs (TPM).
• Reduce emergency breakdowns and extend equipment life.
• Oversee troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Track and improve OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and PM compliance.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors; assign work by priority.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA compliance and IATF 16949 where applicable.
