Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Leader for our Michigan foundry. You will design and drive TPM, preventive and predictive maintenance across induction furnaces, molding lines, conveyors, and finishing equipment to maximize uptime.

You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, coordinate with contractors, monitor OEE/MTBF/MTTR, and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance while managing budgets and capital projects to improve reliability and safety.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
3–7 years of industrial maintenance leadership experience in foundry or heavy manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead a comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance program (TPM).
Reduce emergency breakdowns and increase equipment lifespan.
Oversee troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Track and improve OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and PM compliance metrics.
Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors.
Foster a safety-first, high-performance culture.
Manage maintenance budget and critical spare parts inventory.
Coordinate with vendors regarding parts, equipment, and service needs.
Utilize CMMS to track KPIs and maintenance history.
