- Design and develop foundry equipment from concept through manufacturing.
- Create 3D models and fabrication/assembly drawings; BOMs.
- Apply calculations for capacity, throughput, and sizing.
- Collaborate with customers and production teams on requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design conveyor systems, sand handling, and related machinery.
- Review shop drawings and fabrication details for manufacturability.
- Provide technical support during installation, commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Evaluate existing equipment and recommend improvements for reliability.
