Job summary

Land O’Frost is seeking a Foundry Engineer to design, build, and optimize Palantir Foundry solutions that support critical business operations. You will focus on data pipeline development, platform engineering, ERP integrations, workflow automation, and ensuring data reliability and scalability across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and hands-on Palantir Foundry experience, plus strong Python and SQL skills to design scalable data pipelines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of Palantir Foundry experience (2+ years preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience with Python, SQL, and designing scalable data pipelines and integrations.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Palantir Foundry pipelines, object models, ontologies, and data transformations.
  • Build and support Workshop applications, automations, AIP Logic solutions, and data workflows.
  • Optimize pipeline performance, scalability, and compute efficiency while reducing data quality risks.
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, testing, and release management to improve platform stability.
  • Integrate Foundry with ERP and legacy systems, including IFS and Oracle.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-sharing resources for long-term sustainability.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and governance across the data lifecycle.

Land O'Frost is seeking a Foundry Engineer to design, build, and optimize Palantir Foundry solutions that support critical business operations. This role will focus on data pipeline development, platform engineering, ERP integrations, workflow automation, and ensuring data reliability, performance, and scalability across the enterprise.

How YOU Will Contribute
  • Design, develop, and maintain Palantir Foundry pipelines, object models, ontologies, and data transformations.

About YOU
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1+ year of Palantir Foundry experience (2+ years preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience with:
  • Python
  • SQL
  • Experience designing scalable data pipelines and integrations
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Spark, or other big-data technologies
  • Knowledge of machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and applied AI
  • Experience with React, Developer SDKs, Power BI, or Microsoft Fabric
  • Consumer packaged goods (CPG) or food manufacturing industry experience
