Job summary

Kohler Co. in Kohler, Wisconsin, is seeking a Casting Finishing Supervisor to organize and oversee daily operations on the Auto Tub Line within a Cast Iron Foundry.

You will ensure safety, quality, and productivity while supporting continuous improvement and team engagement. Responsibilities include directing frontline operators, training, evaluating performance, and collaborating with maintenance and engineering to maintain continuous hourly output.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience using MS Office Suite for reporting and scheduling.
• Strong leadership, communication, and technical aptitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing and foundry environment.
• Prior supervisory/manager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Casting Finishing and Auto Tub Line operators to meet customer demand and production schedules.
• Ensure workforce is trained, qualified, and understands job expectations prior to assignment.
• Evaluate procedures and performance to maintain safety, quality, cost, and delivery standards.
• Support KOS initiatives and maintain 5S standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Investigate safety incidents and communicate across shifts.
• Lead or support equipment troubleshooting with Maintenance and Engineering.
• Ensure hour-by-hour operational continuity and required reporting.
