Job summary

Moder is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy data and AI-driven solutions within Palantir Foundry for mortgage and financial services operations.

This role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements into governed, maintainable Foundry solutions. You will build pipelines, ontology models, and production-grade data products to improve efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience in relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience implementing Palantir Foundry solutions.
• Experience building production data pipelines or data products.
• Experience delivering projects from requirements through production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and integration pipelines.
• Integrate data from internal systems and financial applications.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, reliability, observability, and performance.
• Implement governance controls and operational monitoring for data assets.
• Design ontology models for mortgage/financial services domains.
• Develop enterprise apps and workflow tools on Foundry.
