Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Valid Physical Education teaching certification or eligibility.
• 2–3 years of PE teaching or coaching experience expected.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain before start date.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate PE lessons.
• Create a culture of health and wellness aligned with ECS and ECPA’s mission.
• Foster sportsmanship, leadership, and positive identity through structured activity.
• Differentiate instruction to support diverse learners and abilities.
• Monitor progress and maintain assessment data to meet PE goals.
• Establish safe, inclusive environment and contribute to school culture.
• Lead or support extracurricular activities like fitness clubs or intramurals.
