The incumbent will implement a well-organized program and maintain a positive learning environment. You will plan, assess, and report progress; collaborate with staff, parents and volunteers; and ensure safety and inclusivity during activities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certified, Qualified and Highly Qualified as defined by the Course Code(s).

Responsabilidades

• Plans and implements a program of instruction that adheres to the district's philosophy, goals and objectives.
• Creates a classroom environment conducive to learning with diverse teaching strategies.
• Plans and prescribes assignments for paraprofessionals, tutors, and volunteers as needed.
• Evaluates student progress using multiple assessment methods.
• Maintains appropriate work habits and communicates with parents to strengthen the educational program.
• Performs duties as assigned.
