Acrivault Inc. is seeking a Founding Technical Project Manager to own cross-functional delivery across engineering, compliance, hiring, and partner onboarding. This role drives on-time outcomes, guides audits, and coordinates customers and external vendors.

The successful candidate will manage SOC 2 readiness, HIPAA, ISO, FedRAMP readiness, and build a scalable operating cadence with the founder and engineering teams in a fully remote US-time zone environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in Technical Project Management at a software/venture-backed company.
• Direct experience driving SOC 2 audits to certification.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects without direct reporting lines.
• Fluency with engineering tooling: Linear or Jira, GitHub, Slack, Notion, Google Workspace.
• Excellent written communication for founder updates, candidate feedback, and customer follow-ups.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and making calls with limited briefing.

Responsabilidades

• Engineeering project management across delivery waves, backlog management, and cross-team dependencies.
• Own SOC 2 Type 1/2, HIPAA readiness, audit coordination and auditor relationships.
• Handle hiring operations: screening, interviews, scorecards, offers, metrics.
• Vendor and tooling selection, build comparison matrices, negotiate pricing, calendar management.
• Coordinate customer onboarding, partner onboarding, and quarterly business reviews.
• Support marketing, finance, and founder initiatives including launch coordination.
