Job summary

Juno is seeking a Tax Support Advisor in Philadelphia for a hybrid role with hours 9 AM – 5 PM ET, Tue–Thu in the downtown office. You will be the face of Juno to tax professionals, delivering reliable, clear support and guiding customers through tax and platform workflows.

This founding team role requires EA certification (in progress acceptable) and 2+ years in tax prep, with strong communication and the ability to shape processes in a fast-moving AI environment.

Qualifications

• EA certification in progress or obtained.
• 2+ years of experience in a tax preparation environment.
• Working knowledge of federal and state tax filing and client data management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain tax concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front line for inbound tax support via emails and chats from tax professionals.
• Drive ticket outcomes with fast initial responses and permanent resolutions.
• Verify customer tax document types and information to resolve issues.
• Assist customers in navigating Juno's platform and tax workflows.
• Identify patterns and suggest improvements to products, processes, and knowledge base.
• Document solutions for future team scalability and training.
