Responsibilities

• Lead reviews of complex partnership tax returns and deliver expert tax consulting services.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams across various industries to deliver tax solutions on time and within budget.
• Provide insights on Sub-chapter K partnership taxation, M&A, and entity structuring.
