JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio General Manager for their new location in San Francisco's Marina District. This vital role involves leading pre-sales and building a membership base, community relationships, and a winning team. Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or service-based business.
• Proven track record in membership sales or revenue-driven roles.
• Experience with pre-sale or new studio openings strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the full pre-sale strategy for membership growth.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard studio staff who embody JETSET standards.
• Oversee daily studio operations including scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
• Represent JETSET at community events and drive brand awareness.
• Teach approximately 4–6 classes per week based on necessity.
