Club Athletic in Chicago is seeking a Founding Coach to lead our inaugural coaching program. You’ll shape the member experience, deliver high-quality CA classes, and help build a welcoming, active community from day one.

As a founding team member, you’ll collaborate with leadership to set standards, mentor coaches, and drive engagement across events and run clubs, partnerships, and social activities that keep members connected.

Qualifications

• NASM CPT or equivalent certification.
• 2+ years coaching in health/fitness.
• High EQ and ability to cultivate community.
• Excellent communicator across mediums.
• Thrives in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CA Classes to the CA standard.
• Engage with CA members to build relationships.
• Engage in the squad WhatsApp group and regularly drive conversation.
