Job summary

Oxbow Talent is partnering with an ambitious AI-first software business to appoint its first dedicated Product Manager for an enterprise AI platform.

You will own strategy, roadmap and prioritisation, working directly with the founding team to define technical direction and delivery, while collaborating with AI engineers on production-grade systems. This is a rare chance to shape product culture from zero to one, with startup autonomy and Enterprise backing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, ideally AI-native or B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience shipping AI/LLM-powered products into production.
• Strong technical understanding of AI systems including agents, evaluations, model behaviour and latency.
• Experience coordinating with engineering teams to manage technical trade-offs and delivery.
• Previous exposure to early-stage startups or high-ownership environments.
• Familiar with AI prototyping tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Able to work onsite in New York City five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of product strategy, roadmap and prioritisation for an enterprise AI platform.
• Collaborate directly with founders to advance the product to the next development stage.
• Work closely with AI engineers building production-grade LLM and agentic systems.
• Translate complex customer requirements into clear product decisions and deliverables.
• Shape how AI products are developed, evaluated, launched and improved.
• Establish the product management function from the ground up.
