Job summary

Antramo, Inc. in San Francisco seeks a Founding Engineer to build transformative Observability tooling. You won’t be boxed into roles; you’ll own meaningful problems across the stack and help shape the company from day one.

Expect high autonomy, rapid decision-making, and frequent iteration with the founding team. You’ll work with TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and cloud tech to scale a telemetry engine and deliver impact fast.

Qualifications

• Our client seeks engineers with startup experience and the ability to work autonomously on ambiguous problems.
• Hands-on AI experience to tackle unstructured problems is a major plus.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering and systems design are required.

Responsibilities

• Own problems across the stack from architecture to production debugging.
• Design and build scalable, reliable telemetry and developer tooling.
• Collaborate with founding team to define product and engineering culture.
• Move between product, infrastructure, and tooling as needed.
