The role supports development of educational materials and departmental content within a premier wellness destination. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field, with experience in spiritual

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Divinity, Spiritual or Pastoral Counseling, Spiritual Formation, etc.
• Experience in spiritual counseling, experiential journey work and/or related models of healing.
• Public speaking experience and/or teaching experience
• Group facilitation experience
• Experience in the practice of spiritual tradition/s.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Canyon Ranch guests and staff in the areas of spirituality and related activities.
• Perform individual guest consultations, and provide guest follow-up when appropriate.
• Facilitate group workshop sessions, and educational and engaging guest lectures.
• Create spiritual wellness related materials for guests (e.g., lectures, handouts, etc.)
• Assist in the development of departmental materials.
