Job summary

Solana Foundation is hiring two Founding Software Engineers to join at the very beginning of a new company building from the ground up. You will shape architecture and own critical systems in crypto markets.

Work remotely, have significant ownership over the technical direction, and contribute to product and engineering culture as the company grows from day one.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience with Solana / crypto.
• Must have professional experience with Rust.
• Must have strong experience with TypeScript.
• Ability to work independently and make pragmatic architectural decisions.
• Comfortable operating in an early-stage, highly autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Build a new platform from the ground up.
• Make foundational architectural and technical decisions.
• Own significant parts of the product and infrastructure.
• Work closely with the founders to turn ideas into production systems.
• Join the company early and have a meaningful influence on its direction.
• Help shape the engineering culture and team as we grow.

We’re building a technology-driven company operating in crypto markets, with a focus on proprietary trading and market making. We’re intentionally keeping the details under wraps for now, but there’s a lot to build.

This is an opportunity to join early, have significant ownership over the technical direction, and help shape both the product and the engineering culture as the company grows.

Must have
