Are you a full-stack engineer who's been an early employee, solo tech lead, or founder, comfortable shipping fast and owning large surface areas without a detailed roadmap? Have you built LLM agents and automation systems that run in production, not just experimented with them?

The company is hiring a Founding Software Engineer to build the AI and automation systems that power its clinical and business operations.
