Quippy is hiring a founding social and growth lead to work directly with the founder and own how people find us. Two things, done well: the content we put out, and the money we put behind it.

You will own our channels end to end, craft short-form video for TikTok and Reels, and guide paid and organic strategies across major platforms. Competitive salary and meaningful founding equity accompany this high-visibility, early-stage role.

• Short-form video for TikTok and Reels, shot and cut by you, most days
• Being a face of Quippy on camera, or building the small bench of creators who are
• Owning our accounts end to end: what we post, what we say, what we do when something takes off
• Paid on TikTok, Meta, and Apple Search Ads, from the creative brief through the spend to the payback number
• Turning what wins organically into paid creative, and what wins in paid back into the feed
• Reading the results honestly every week and killing what is not working

• Reading the results honestly every week and killing what is not working

You might be a fit if you:

• Have built your own audience from zero and can show us the account
• Have run real budget and can talk about the numbers behind it
• Write, shoot, and cut your own creative instead of waiting on someone else’s brief
• Are comfortable in the data yourself: cohorts, CAC, payback windows, not just a dashboard someone built for you
• Would rather post five things this week than plan one campaign for next month
• Have opinions about who we’re for and are fine being wrong in public
