Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is hiring a Senior Product Designer / Founding Designer to lead product design for Scale's AI for Enterprise Data unit. You will own end-to-end design across 0-1 initiatives and established products, including dashboards, editors, and data tools for insurance and document processing.

As the founding designer, you will shape the design system, partner with PMs, engineers, and DS, and rigorously advocate for users in a fast-paced environment with ambitious timelines.

Qualifications

• Leading end-to-end B2B and enterprise web apps.
• High proficiency in Figma with fast execution.
• Experience designing dashboards, data visualization and editors.
• Understanding of front-end development processes for web interfaces.
• Strong communication and collaboration with customers and teams.
• Portfolio showing diverse product design projects.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
• Partner with PMs, engineers, DS, and operations to solve challenges.
• Advocate for the voice of the user as founding designer.
• Prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system and patterns.
• Identify product gaps and rally support for solutions.
