Job summary

Management Performance Associates is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to establish our Phoenix office and lead its electrical practice. You will become the local engineer responsible for clients in the region and will build and grow the team as the office expands.

You will guide electrical design for industrial and process-driven facilities, coordinate with other offices, and ensure projects move from design through startup.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (Electrical) with Arizona registration or ability to obtain it.
• Experience leading electrical design for industrial, semiconductor, life sciences, or other process-driven facilities.
• Desire to learn and grow along with the new office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local point of contact for clients in the Phoenix region and help establish the office.
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineers and designers as the office grows, coordinating with other firm offices for staffing and delivery.
• Lead electrical design from basis of design through construction documents, construction administration, and startup, coordinating with process, mechanical, and controls engineers.
