Job summary

WIN Labs in Mountain View, CA is launching a new Physical AI Lab and seeks a Founding Robotics & Physical AI Engineer who loves building, testing, and deploying real robotic systems. You’ll work at the intersection of robotics, AI, and cloud-enabled platforms, turning ambitious research ideas into tangible demonstrations and customer-ready solutions.

You’ll deploy Sim2Real pipelines, build agentic robotic workflows, and integrate ROS 2, perception, planning, and control with AI services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, CS, Electrical Engineering, or related field (PhD a plus).
• +
• 3+ years of hands-on robotics software engineering experience.
• Experience deploying robotics or autonomy solutions beyond research prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Sim2Real pipelines and validate AI models on real robotic hardware.
• Build agentic robotic systems transforming goals into perception, planning, and action workflows.
• Bring multi-robot coordination to life with fleet management and collaborative autonomy frameworks.
• Develop ROS 2 software stacks integrating perception, planning, and control.
• Integrate AI services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure into scalable robotic solutions.
• Design and showcase customer demonstrations of Physical AI advances.
• Collaborate with global robotics teams across Mountain View and Bengaluru.
