Byte2 is building an AI-native care platform in the US, starting with home health. We’re hiring one of our first dedicated Senior Technical Recruiters to scale our engineering and product teams and to establish repeatable hiring systems.

You’ll own end-to-end recruiting for engineering, GTM and product roles, partner with leaders, build outbound sourcing, and help drive hiring targets in a fast-moving, equity-backed startup.

We are building an AI-native physical care platform, starting with home health. We’re tackling one of the biggest problems in US healthcare: administrative waste and care access. By automating operational complexity with AI, we’re creating a fundamentally different cost structure that allows us to serve patients who are often left untreated today.

We’re backed by an exceptional team combining AI talent from companies like Character AI, Scale, Palantir, Citadel, and Jane Street with experienced healthcare operators. Fira is already operating with significantly stronger gross margins than traditional providers and is scaling rapidly. We’re now hiring one of our first dedicated Senior Technical Recruiters to help build the engineering organisation from the ground up.

The role

You’ll own end-to-end recruiting for technical, GTM and product roles.

As we expand into new states and our technical surface area grows, building a high-calibre engineering team is one of our top priorities. You’ll partner directly with engineering and GTM leadership, build repeatable hiring systems, and create a consistent outbound engine to attract exceptional technical talent.

What you’ll do

Partner with engineering leaders to define roles, calibrate talent, and design interview loops. Maintain a consistently high hiring bar as the company scales. Improve candidate experience across every stage of the process. Build the foundations of the recruiting function, including clean data and reporting in Ashby. Identify bottlenecks and improve recruiting efficiency over time

Compensation

This is a hybrid role in San Francisco with very strong compensation: $180k - $220k+ base salary, plus equity and bonus upside.
