Role Overview

Intalex is partnered with a well‑funded AI healthtech SaaS startup in San Francisco that is looking for a Founding Recruiter to build their talent function from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• 💼 Post–Series A AI / SaaS startup focused on automating critical workflows for healthcare provider groups
• 💼 Product already live with multi‑site provider groups and delivering strong ROI case studies
• 💼 Founding Recruiter owning full‑cycle hiring for senior/staff engineers and key GTM/ops roles
• 🚀 Build the entire recruiting engine: process, interview design, reporting, and talent brand from scratch
• 💼 Future responsibility to oversee an ops recruiter for high‑volume hiring, while staying hands‑on with strategic searches
• 💰 $150k–$200k base + meaningful equity (salary is flexible on all roles we recruit)
• 🧠 An in‑house recruiter who’s closed senior/staff engineers into early‑stage or growth‑stage startups
