Scientific Research Corporation is seeking a Project Analyst to support the TRMC hypersonic test infrastructure program. You will work with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and project managers to track status, manage risks, and prepare key program documentation.

The role emphasizes planning reviews, data-driven decision making, and effective stakeholder communication, with duties spanning from requirements to performance assessments. A secret clearance is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of professional experience in project management, data management, systems engineering, or similar.
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management elements (Cost, Schedule, Performance).
• Experience as part of a multi-disciplinary project management team and supporting DoD projects.
• Familiarity with DoD DoD lifecycle stages and relevant compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of engineers and project managers to achieve positive project outcomes.
• Maintain awareness of project status and risks; escalate issues as needed.
• Assist planning for technical and milestone reviews, including criteria development.
• Prepare and disseminate briefings, reports, and meeting minutes for decision-makers.
• Contribute to the drafting of SOW, TCRD, SEP, and other management documents.
