You’ll define architecture, tooling, and development practices for next‑gen digital products, balancing frontend experiences with backend services and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product engineering and platform/SRE work.
• Builder who writes code and ships, not a governance body.
• Architecture should be simple yet scalable and reliable.
• Success measured by velocity, autonomy, and engineer pride.

Responsibilities

• Lead by Building: act as technical lead on major initiatives, architecting through code.
• Own the Full Stack: design and develop frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Build the Paved Road: shape CI/CD, Kubernetes, IaC, observability for faster, safer shipping.
• Turn Solutions into Reusable Capabilities: create shared services, frameworks, libraries and standards.
• Multiply Velocity: remove friction via automation and platform design.
• Mentor and Influence: raise technical standards with engineers, product leads and designers.
