Job summary

voize is seeking a Founding Product Manager in the US to own the US product and scale pilots into a scalable business. You’ll report to the Head of Product, Markets, and collaborate with the CEO and the New York team to shape product strategy for nurses and care leaders.

You’ll help build an agent operating system for nurses, starting from pilots in US facilities, with hybrid work from our New York hub and in-person collaboration when needed.

Qualifications

• Shipped products in regulated or complex environments (healthcare, fintech, etc).
• Ability to work with engineers and ML as peers.
• Action oriented with bias for experimentation and learning.
• Strong product taste with pragmatism and high delivery bar.

Responsibilities

• Shape the business strategy with the CEO and GTM teams.
• Pioneer with nurses onsite to understand workflows and tailor the product.
• Build, test, and validate pilots; turn insights into evidence.
• Write clear requirements, define metrics, and guide data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and ML to define reusable platform and US-specific needs.
