Job summary

Sola seeks a first dedicated product hire to define and drive our AI-powered automation platform. You will partner with the CEO and Head of Engineering to shape a clear roadmap, own features end-to-end from problem to shipped product, and help define how we build as a growing team.

You will work in person at our NYC HQ, collaborating closely with founders to shape the company’s future and scale our enterprise-focused automation platform for Fortune 100 customers.

Qualifications

• Strong product judgment with an eye for elegant UX and attention to detail.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with engineering on a highly technical product domain.
• Clear, concise communicator who structures ambiguity and represents users and engineering tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Set product strategy and own the roadmap with CEO and design/engineering teams.
• Drive end-to-end feature delivery: requirements, specs, alignment, and go‑to‑market.
• Talk to users continuously to translate pain points into valuable product work.
