Sandstone in New York, NY, is seeking a Founding Product Manager to shape a single pane of glass for in-house legal teams. You’ll own a vertical roadmap, partner with engineers and designers, and help scale an early-stage product with autonomy.

As a founder-level PM, you’ll drive user research, define workflows, and contribute to the product culture and processes. This is a hands-on role for someone who ships fast and thrives in a green-field environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management or equivalent leadership experience at a startup.
• Track record of shipping 0-to-1 products and scaling them with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to earn trust with engineers and cross-functional partners.

Responsabilités

• Own the product roadmap for a vertical; decide what to build and ship continuously.
• Set feature timelines and goals; scope features and mitigate risks.
• As a member of the product leadership team, shape the future of the roadmap and how product works at Sandstone.
• Move quickly with two-way doors and map tradeoffs for irreversible decisions before committing.
• Partner with AI/ML engineers to define performance metrics for agentic workflows and accountability.
