GreenSand is seeking a founding Head of Product Management & Business Development to partner with the technical founders to shape market direction, customer strategy, and the product roadmap for an AI startup. You will bridge technology, customers, and the market, leading go-to-market efforts and validating needs through pilots and early engagements.

Qualifications

5–10+ years experience in business development, product management, or strategy in technology startups or SaaS.
Desire to build an AI company with early-stage impact.
Strong understanding of AI/ML, SaaS, or enterprise software markets.
Excellent communicator with customers, investors, and technical teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in ambiguity with bias for action.
Experience raising capital or working with investors is a plus.
Technical fluency to talk to engineers as needed.

Responsibilities

Define and execute GreenSand AI's product management roadmap, ensuring market fit and customer value.
Drive business development, partnerships, and early customer relationships.
Lead go-to-market strategy, pricing, positioning, and revenue models.
Partner with founding team on fundraising, investor materials, and strategic narratives.
Build scalable operating systems (CRM, sales pipeline, metrics) for growth.
